Jo Koy, a worldwide superstar much beloved, attracted many non-American fans to this event. No checks were done for my vaccination status nor to confirm my identity. The Ticketmaster mobile app was not available in my country and trying to login via a browser on my phone had me flagged as a bot. We had one scary experience where a drunkened man climbed over us in a front row/edge and stumbled over into the next section after leering at everyone and stumbling through the crowd. After entry, there was a completely different atmosphere - staff were professional in guiding us to our seating and helpful especially at concessions. Staff were loud and rude at times in giving new instructions - eg in lining up at our stipulated gate 7, and then being rushed over to gate 9 for entry. However, Jo Koy were phenomenal and definitely the only group I would ever go through this for again. I had to depend on the kindness of persons around me to lend me a US phone to log in on their app to access my tickets. Please do better in future for the safety of both patrons and performers.
